Dans le cadre du cours d’Actualités du droit international public qu’elle dispense aux étudiants du Master Complémentaire en droit international, Anne Lagerwall aura le plaisir d’accueillir M. la juge Françoise Tulkens, vice-présidente de la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme. La juge répondra, à cette occasion, à la question de savoir si la thèse de la « déformalisation » du droit international se reflète dans le discours du juge international. Cette conférence aura lieu le lundi 23 avril de 10h à 12h dans le local H.1304 (ULB – Campus du Solbosch – Bâtiment H).
