TERDI/STIDS 2016-2007 : Différend sur les îles Chagos

(FR) Le lundi 24 avril 2017, le Tribunal Etudiant de Règlement des Différends Internationaux (TERDI) tiendra ses audiences dans l’affaire du Différend sur les îles Chagos (République de Maurice c. Royaume-Uni). Le Tribunal est saisi en particulier de la question de la souveraineté sur l’Archipel des Chagos. Le Tribunal entendra M. Marco Benatar (Max Planck Institute Luxembourg) et M. Nabil Hajjami (Université Paris Nanterre) présentant respectivement les positions de Maurice et du Royaume-Uni.

(EN) On Monday, April 24 2017, the Student Tribunal for International Disputes Settlement (STIDS) will proceed to its hearings in the case concerning the Dispute over the Chagos Islands (Republic of Mauritius vs. United Kingdom). The Tribunal is seized, in particular, of the question of sovereignty over the Chagos Archipelago. The Tribunal will hear Mr Marco Benatar (Max Planck Institute Luxembourg) and Mr Nabil Hajjami (Université Paris Nanterre) presenting the positions of Mauritius and of the UK, respectively.
